Qualiopi compliance squad — automated audit trail for training organizations
OpenAs a French training organization (organisme de formation=OF), I need to maintain continuous compliance with Qualiopi certification requirements (7 indicators, 32 criteria). Today this means manually tracking learner satisfaction surveys, trainer CVs, program update logs, and audit evidence across scattered tools. I’d love a dedicated “Compliance Squad” in Pancake that: ∙ Monitors upcoming audit deadlines and sends proactive reminders ∙ Automatically collects and archives compliance evidence (feedback forms, session reports, attendance sheets) from integrations (Google Drive, email, forms) ∙ Generates a live audit-ready dashboard summarizing each indicator’s status (green/orange/red) ∙ Drafts required documents (bilan pédagogique, livret d’accueil) from templates with pre-filled data This would be a game-changer for any OF in France — there are 90,000+ registered training organizations under Qualiopi obligation.

B2B outbound squad for training providers — automated lead sourcing & follow-up
OpenTraining providers need a constant pipeline of corporate clients (HR directors, restaurant groups, retail chains) to fill their sessions. Outreach is repetitive but highly personalized — and currently done manually. I’d love Pancake to run a dedicated “Sales Squad” for training providers that: ∙ Scrapes and qualifies leads from LinkedIn, SIRENE/Pappers, or sector-specific sources (OPCO lists, CHR sector directories) ∙ Drafts personalized cold emails referencing the company’s sector, size, and training obligations (e.g. HACCP, permis d’exploitation for restaurants) ∙ Manages follow-up sequences autonomously with human approval before sending ∙ Tracks funnel status and surfaces “hot leads” (opened email, clicked, visited site) for priority callback ∙ Syncs with a lightweight CRM or Google Sheets Target persona: solo trainer or small OF (1–5 people) with no dedicated sales staff but real BD needs.
