FAQ
No. Pancake doesn’t track headcount changes. Your Brain sets a size band, like 20 to 150 people, and each lead is checked against it.
Set founders, COOs and heads of operations as your buyers. Pancake keeps leads in those roles, so your message reaches whoever owns HR today.
The work doesn’t wait for the hire. Some founders want cover while they search. Others want the basics in place before that person arrives.
Only through job posts. If a company’s job posts name Justworks or TriNet, the Stack signal finds it. Pancake can’t see contracts or benefits plans.
LinkedIn only, from your own account. A profile visit, a like, a connection request with no note, then up to three messages. No emails, no calls.
Every lead. Pancake contacts only leads you approve and add to your campaign, and you get 10 minutes to undo.
You can read each one in the lead’s campaign journey. Messages send on their own when their step comes. You can’t edit or approve them one by one. To stop outreach, remove the lead or pause the campaign.
Pancake aims for 5 to 15 new leads a day, delivered each morning. The count depends on how many people match your signals.
