FAQ
Only when a job post names it. Add each HRIS as a Stack tool, and Pancake finds companies whose job posts name any of them.
No. Pancake never sees HR systems or employee records, only public LinkedIn posts and job ads.
Each lead is checked against your buyer roles, like VP People or HRIS manager. Reject a miss with a reason, and the Brain learns.
Not unless you sell to them. Hiring skips jobs that agencies post for clients, and leads at staffing firms are rejected when your Brain rules them out.
LinkedIn only, from your own account. A profile visit, a like, a connection request with no note, then up to three messages. No emails, no calls.
Every lead. Pancake contacts only leads you approve and add to your campaign, and you get 10 minutes to undo.
You can read each one in the lead’s campaign journey. Messages send on their own when their step comes. You can’t edit or approve them one by one. To stop outreach, remove the lead or pause the campaign.
Pancake aims for 5 to 15 new leads a day, delivered each morning. The count depends on how many people match your signals.
